SANE/REBELS builds productized AI software around an operator's work, and runs the paid growth that scales it. A client enters at either engine, or both, and steps in wherever they already are: an idea to take from a first MVP to scale, or something that already works and needs growing.

As answers become cheap and abundant, human attention becomes premium. We build and scale around it.

SANE and REBELS are two ways of working, and both run through both engines. SANE checks the numbers, scopes the build, and keeps it standing under load. REBELS takes the one deliberate risk inside it: the feature nobody asked for, the inverse everyone else avoids.

* **Grow** (https://sanerebels.com/grow): Google Ads, Meta Ads, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and the growth strategy underneath them. Senior-run, with self-built account operations: our own daily account-data syncs, human sign-off on every live change.

## 3. WHO WE WORK WITH

Operators with something real that works and is capped by their own availability or a setup that isn't carrying it: experts (coaches, practitioners, authors, thought leaders) and companies running paid acquisition. We work inside existing setups. We do not build from zero for someone with no product, method, or traction yet.

## 4. HOW THE AI IS USED

Grounded in the client's own material. It discloses that it is an AI. It cannot invent: when the client's material runs out, it does not reach into training data. In ad work, AI reads and drafts, tested code handles anything with a correct answer, and a person approves every live change.

* We prefer participatory compensation: revenue share, profit share, or KPI-based incentives, with our fee at risk against results.
* "Partnership" is a commercial revenue-share arrangement, never a legal partnership or joint venture.
* The client keeps their content, data, and brand. KNUS keeps the background IP (engine, workflows, prompts, code), licensed for the term, with a buyout path to the product's code.
