And SANE/REBELS is growing (fast), we’ve onboarded clients like Frederik G. Pferdt - Google’s first and former Chief Innovation Evangelist - to help him help others shaping their Future. Then there’s Ara II, our first full-stack app with Jord Cuiper, an executive coach with the cool mission to bring world-class coaching in the pockets of everyone.
On the grow side of things, SANE/REBELS productizes performance marketing further and further, offering mission-driven companies to profit from our learnings - clients include Germany’s only sustainable printer cartridges seller, BARFER’S, offering real (&good) food to pets, and BRACENET, a company that makes beautiful accessories from ghost nets (check em out!).

We believe in artists who deserve to be seen and rewarded for original, outstanding work with soul, afterthought, and storytelling. Your best work makes others re-think, react, and - best case - remember. We passionately dislike AI-slop. Really. And - done right - we see the potential in AI as an amplifier for exceptional human taste, not a replacement for it. So, if you can imagine using pen and paper alongside AI tools to execute a brilliant original vision faster, we’re in.

Background
After ~5 years at Google, running my own HomeTex startup and being a fractional CMO / Head of Growth, I founded SANE/REBELS in 2025 to collaborate with driven, curious, and bold people. You know, those who work on missions that stretch far beyond themselves, doing good, helping others. Those who see what’s missing, and are loud enough to change things… or in short, those whom I love working with. Bet you can already make out why I choose our brand name.

The next step for SANE/REBELS is to professionalize & scale existing offers, and to look out for the next big opportunities in productizing, growing what deserves to be seen.
You’d be closely working with me. I’m Berlin-based. I do believe in a remote-first policy, and the importance of in-person meetups alike. It is early days, and that is the offer: freedom in how you work, responsibility from week one.

- Who is this not for?
- Honestly? Rather little patience for loud mouths, the “fake it till you make it”-path, those who won’t own their f***-ups, and those not willing to embrace hiccups. For the rest, no space for ego plays, any sort of discrimination,… I hope you got the vibe.
- What is it like here?
- Small enough that what you make has real impact, real fast. Early days, so calls land on your desk that bigger shops reserve for directors. Seasoned enough to know the game - at least the bigger parts.
- What would I own?
- A piece of work and the decisions that come with it. If a call needs making, you make it.
- Where do you work?
- Remote-first, with Berlin as home. We meet in person when the work is better for it. The working language is English, and German helps with most of our clients.
- How do you pay?
- A base plus performance pay. The same logic we offer to clients: our pay and yours sit on the same outcomes. Profit share is on the table for the right person. Full time as the norm, fewer days when your seniority carries it.
