A product studio that runs its own marketing and that of a selected few clients. Artists work next to engineers here, on missions worth the work. We are small on purpose, and we bring in specialists when a job deserves one.
Engineering
Programmers in marketing
You write code, and you would rather point it at revenue than at another internal dashboard. Ad platform APIs, and measurement that still holds up inside a live account.
Art
Artists who want the number
You make things people feel. You also want to know what they returned, and you do not think that question ruins the work.
FAQ
- What do you look for in both?
- Deep in one craft, and curious well past its edges. An expert who keeps learning beats a specialist who stopped.
- What is it like here?
- Small enough that what you make reaches a live client account the same week. Nobody spends a quarter onboarding.
- Where do you work?
- Remote, with Berlin and Konstanz as home. We meet in person when the work is better for it.
- What would I own?
- A piece of work and the decisions that come with it. If a call needs making, you make it.
- What do you care about?
- That you check the source before you claim something, and say the uncomfortable thing to a client when it saves them money. A little rebellious, and very little patience for AI hype.
- How do you pay?
- We prefer participatory compensation: revenue share, profit share, or KPI-based incentives, over billing as a contractor. Our own pay sits on the same outcome as yours.
- Are you hiring?
- We keep no running list of open positions. If one of the two above is you, write and show us something you made. One real piece of work tells us more than a CV. [email protected]
