Build
Prototyping
The smallest working version of your idea, built in a few weeks so you can learn from real use.
On this page
An idea is hard to judge from a deck. We build the smallest version that real people can use, usually in a few weeks, and let how it performs decide what comes next.
We prototype on the same stack we ship production on, so the version that proves out is the one we scale, not a throwaway. Ara II started exactly here, as the smallest version that could prove the idea before it grew into the live product.
What you get
A working prototype with real interactions, and real data wherever that matters. Enough to put in front of users and watch what they actually do.
How we work
We scope to the one question worth answering and cut the rest. The first version is deliberately small. What it teaches you shapes what we build after it.
The insight
A prototype is worth building only if it answers one real question. We cut everything that does not, so the first version teaches you the thing a deck never could.
Grounded in
How we scoped Ara II's first build: the smallest version that could carry a real coaching session, before anything else got added.
