Google Ads
Search and shopping campaigns, rebuilt from the account structure up.
On this page
Paid search rewards a clean account, and then it rewards the right signal. The algorithm already prices each impression faster than any human can, so the work that moves the number sits upstream of the bid: the structure and the signal the algorithm runs on, and the judgment to refuse a goal that is quietly wrong. We learned that inside Google's Accelerated Growth Team, across close to five years and more than 500 search accounts for some of Germany's fastest-growing companies.
We have also run ads from our own pocket. Five years building a DTC brand of our own taught us how it feels when the budget is not working.
Where the AI fits
We feed the algorithm the signal it lacks, starting with your real margins and which conversions are genuinely new customers. Margin goes in per product tier through server-side conversions, so Smart Bidding optimizes toward profit. Most accounts feed it top-line revenue and watch the P&L thin out as the account scales.
Around that, AI reads the account and drafts the parts with no single right answer: search terms sorted into negatives and new keywords, ad copy, campaign structure, each proposal carrying its reasoning. Where there is a right answer, the math and the execution run as tested code. A person approves every live change against the exact payload, and a read-back confirms it landed. It is the same stance we take everywhere, set out in how we use AI.
Fix the truth before the bid
Before any of that pays off, the measurement has to be right. We inherited BARFER'S with tracking that overstated traffic roughly threefold, so the reports read better than the account was performing, and the bidding was optimizing toward a number that did not reflect reality. We corrected it first, then rebuilt the account from the structure up.
The insight
Most accounts get tuned on the bid. What actually moves the number sits one level down, in whether the conversion data the bidding chases is even true.
Grounded in
The BARFER'S rebuild: mislabeled traffic had overstated sessions by roughly three times. We fixed the measurement first, so the optimization finally had a real signal to work against.
What it looked like for Barfer's
A year of that discipline, measured like for like against the year before:

How we run it
A monthly retainer from 4,000 EUR, excluding ad spend, plus a performance-linked component tied to your goals. You keep the account, the data, and the tracking, and pay the platform directly.
If you want it run this way on your own account, get in touch from the top of the page.
